[californiadisasters] Ponderosa Fire, Feather Falls area




Ponderosa fire, 10 miles south of Feather Falls, Robinson Mill area.  Currently official acreage is 600+, per scanner traffic, 1000+ now.  VLAT inbound around 1915h.

Big, nasty, wind driven fire.  Moving north-northeast.  Multiple spots outside of containment line.

Looking very ugly at this point, 9-10 structures lost so far.  Quite a few ppl opting to shelter in place. :(
