[californiadisasters] Minerva fire update



Per Yuba Net on FB:
For those following the #MinervaFire near Quincy, the jump in acreage is due to burnout operations ahead of the fire. Last night, some voluntary evacuation notices were ordered for a portion of west Quincy. All spot fires have been picked up, the cloud cover is moderating the fire behavior today.
