I've been gone most of the last month...  catching up though.

That'll rip right along.  I was there in Jan to help the kids move.  It has the fuel potential to go a LONG ways and is nearly surrounded by Vandenburg property...  A few well placed air drops should pinch it off, light to moderate brush, grass and some trees.

This wildfire has exploded in heavy fuels north of Mission La Purisima which is also threatened. Mass evacuations via door-to-door and reverse 911 calls. 200 acres and growing in heavy drought-dessicated fuels.... resource orders ongoing.
