...MODERATELY STRONG EASTERLY WINDS CONTINUING IN PARTS OF SAN  DIEGO COUNTY AND RIVERSIDE COUNTY THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...BUT  DECREASING ELSEWHERE OVERNIGHT...    .SANTA ANA WINDS WILL DECREASE IN MANY AREAS THIS EVENING AS  SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WEAKENS OVER THE GREAT BASIN. HOWEVER...THE  WINDS WILL STILL BE GUSTY AT TIMES IN THE MOUNTAINS AND VALLEYS OF  SAN DIEGO COUNTY AND NEAR BANNING PASS IN RIVERSIDE COUNTY  THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...AND A WIND ADVISORY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT  IN THOSE AREAS. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...    A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS  THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH  PROFILE VEHICLES.
