Nevermind, I just discovered it... I don't believe that option was there for some time after the changeover as I was desperately looking for such options and never saw it and yes, Lin is right... tis easy to do. Sorry Lin for changing the image you put up on CD but I wanted to stick with my brand's image.

The Moderator has to sign on to group.

Click on "Management" on the left of the page.

Click on "Description and Appearance"
Click on Photo "Edit" toward the bottom right of the page.

Upload a picture from his/her computer.
