[Volcano_Vista_HS] 2012 VVHS Girls and Boys State Soccer Brackets ANNOUNCED

The NMAA State Soccer Brackets have been announced today. Both teams are in need of FAN SUPPORT. I hope we can get a bunch of you out to their games as they fight for that state championship!

The VVHS Girls had some bad luck with injuries and a rough go in district play. They still ended up a respectable #6 seed (although I STILL think they can win state!). They playe #11 Las Cruces in the 1st round of 12 teams on November 2 or 3. The game should be at VVHS. More details to come! Here is a link to the complete bracket for the girls:

The VVHS Boys earned the #3 seed after becoming district champs on Friday (YAY HAWKS!). They have a bye the first round and go directly to the Quarterfinals where they will face the winner of the #6 Gadsden vs. #11 Clovis game. Our boys have also been battling injuries so the extra few days off should benefit the team.Their game will take place November 8th (time and field number at the APS Soccer Complex TBA).
