[californiadisasters] On This Date In CA Weather History (June 20)



1961: It was 92° in Big Bear Lake, the highest temperature on record for June.

1929: San Luis Obispo set an all-time June high of 108°.

1920: The Santa Fe Rail Deport recorded a high temperature of 113° in Bakersfield.
This still stands as the record high for the day.
