...GUSTY NORTHWEST TO NORTH WINDS TO CONTINUE ACROSS SOUTHERN  SANTA BARBARA COUNTY...    .GUSTY NORTHWEST TO NORTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS SOUTHERN  SANTA BARBARA COUNTY THROUGH TONIGHT. THE WINDS WILL DIMINISH IN  STRENGTH LATER THIS MORNING...BUT WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE AGAIN  THIS AFTERNOON. THE NORTHWEST TO NORTH WINDS WILL PEAK IN STRENGTH  THIS EVENING WITH GUSTS TO BETWEEN 40 AND 45 MPH EXPECTED.    ACROSS THE INTERSTATE 5 CORRIDOR AND ANTELOPE VALLEY...THE GUSTY  WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS HAVE DIMINISHED NOTICEABLY. THEREFORE THE  WIND ADVISORIES HAVE BEEN CANCELLED.
