SUSTAINED WINDS OF 40 MPH WITH FREQUENT GUSTS TO 50 MPH AND LOCAL
GUSTS AS HIGH AS 70 MPH ARE EXPECTED LATER TODAY THROUGH THURSDAY.
EVEN THOUGH THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BLOW IN THE HILLS SOME OF THE
WIND GUSTS WILL MIX DOWN BELOW 1000 FEET AND TO THE VALLEY FLOORS.
THEREFORE WIND ADVISORIES HAVE BEEN ISSUED FOR ALL LOCATIONS BELOW
1000 FEET IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA FOR WIND GUSTS UP TO 45
