WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES...

.AFTER A WARM AND DRY WEEKEND TEMPERATURES WILL COOL DOWN TONIGHT
THROUGH TUESDAY. HOWEVER BY TUESDAY NIGHT DRY NORTHERLY WINDS
WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE NORTH AND EAST BAY HILLS. THE STRONGEST
WINDS WILL OCCUR LATE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH ABOUT MIDDAY
WEDNESDAY. HOWEVER DRY OFFSHORE WINDS WITH VERY LOW HUMIDITY WILL
CONTINUE AGAIN WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNRISE THURSDAY...

HILLS ABOVE 1000 FEET IN MARIN/SONOMA AND NAPA COUNTIES...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN FRANCISCO HAS ISSUED A RED
FLAG WARNING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...WHICH IS IN
EFFECT FROM 6 PM TUESDAY TO 6 AM PDT THURSDAY. THE FIRE WEATHER
WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* AFFECTED AREA...HILLS ABOVE 1000 FEET IN MARIN/SONOMA AND NAPA
COUNTIES. THE AREA OF STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE THE HILLS OF
NORTHERN AND EASTERN NAPA COUNTY AS WELL AS AROUND MOUNT ST
HELENA.

* WINDS...NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS SUSTAINED 15 TO 25 MPH WITH
FREQUENT GUSTS 35 TO 40 MPH. STRONGEST WINDS WILL OCCUR LATE
TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH MIDDAY WEDNESDAY.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...LESS THAN 30 PERCENT TUESDAY NIGHT LOWERING
TO 12 TO 18 PERCENT WEDNESDAY THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY WITH NO
HUMIDITY RECOVERY ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...ANY IGNITIONS DURING THE PERIOD OF STRONGEST WINDS
COULD LEAD TO NEW FIRE STARTS THAT WILL BE DIFFICULT TO
SUPPRESS WITH RAPID RATES OF SPREAD.
