IT'S HOMECOMING WEEK!
- TODAY is spirit day. There will be a carnival in the Gym Concourse area beginning at 4:30. We will have Sumo Wrestling, Jousting, a car crash simulator, a dunk tank for your favorite teacher and plenty of food and fun for everyone. The 3rd annual Powderpuff game will begin at 6:30 PM in the gym. The cost is $5.00.
- Tuesday is College Day--wear your favorite college shirt.
- Wednesday is Western Day
- Thursday is Tacky Tourist Day
- Friday is dress up day.
Please remember that you need to be in dress code everyday. Ladies please be sure that you dresses/skirts are of a respectable length. A rule of thumb is that the hem hangs below than the end of your fingertips.
Homecoming Dance Tickets are on sale for $20.00. The price will increase to $25.00 this Thursday. You must have your student ID to purchase a ticket and to get into the dance. If you are bringing a guest please be sure that you have the guest permission slip with you at the time of purchase. All tickets are non refundable or transferrable.
NHS Members: Order forms for NHS T-Shirts are available from Mrs. Jones in E203. Preorder payments for this fundraiser are due at our next meeting, Monday, September 26th at lunch. Get your Test Day T-Shirts sold this week!
It is that time of the year to get your flu shot!
- Remember not to share drinks.
- Please cough in your sleeve and practice good hand washing.
- Wash hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds.
- Please do your part to stop the spread of germs.
- If you are sick please stay home.
- Lets keep our Hawks healthy!
Operation Smile will meet Tuesday at lunch in Room A101. All who are interested are welcome!
Attention All Students Taking an Online Course:
You MUST return the attendance/check-in letter to Room F213 after school or bring it to Mrs. Wells in Room F210 during the day. In addition, it is required that you check in with Mrs. Wells or Mrs. Henss in F213 after school each week. This is a requirement for your attendance in an online course. If you have any questions see Mrs. Wells in Room F210.
Italian National Honor Society will meet this Tuesday in F225 Mrs. Bergsten's room
MESA members need to turn in their completed registration paper work to Ms. Conell or Mrs. Bitner ASAP. You can not compete in winter design without completed paper work. The following MESA members need to work in the freshman pizza lunch bar today: Harper G., Abraham Lin, Jackson Brunetto, Rosa Braser, Jane Nyguen, Erin Maistas, and Erin Abeyta.
