THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHOENIX HAS ISSUED A * SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR... EASTERN RIVERSIDE COUNTY IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA... THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF DESERT CENTER... * UNTIL 445 PM PDT * AT 338 PM PDT...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE REPORTED CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED NEAR INTERSTATE 10 BETWEEN CHIRIACO SUMMIT AND DESERT CENTER...MOVING NORTH AT 7 MPH. THESE STORMS ARE ALSO CAPABLE OF PRODUCING BLINDING RAINFALL.  * OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO EAGLE MTN PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... &&

Instruction:
 IF YOU ARE IN A MOBILE HOME... EVACUATE IMMEDIATELY AND GET INSIDE A  STURDY BUILDING. IF YOU CANNOT QUICKLY WALK OR DRIVE TO SHELTER... LIE  FLAT IN THE NEAREST DITCH OR OTHER LOW SPOT AND COVER YOUR HEAD WITH YOUR HANDS.
