AFFECTED AREA: FIRE ZONE 273 MONO-EASTERN ALPINE COUNTIES BELOW 7000 FEET.  * WIND: SOUTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT THIS AFTERNOON. LOCAL WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED IN WIND PRONE LOCATIONS. * HUMIDITY: BETWEEN 12 AND 20 PERCENT DURING THE AFTERNOON THEN SLOWLY RISING IN THE EVENING. * IMPACTS: THE COMBINATION OF GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY WILL CREATE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
