[californiadisasters] Storm Total--Santa Fe Dam

I get a storm total, as taken at Santa Fe Dam, Irwindale, LA Co, of approx.
9.47 inches total rainfall for this stretch (17 Dec 0958 through 23 Dec
0457, although last rain was in hour ending 0057).

Do you realize that's about two-thirds of our (LA area) average annual
rainfall!? That's also nearly six straight days of rain! (Thankfully, far
short of the record 45 days!)
