WIND ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM PDT THIS AFTERNOON.
THE HIGH WIND WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 9 AM PDT THIS MORNING.


* TIMING: WINDS SHOULD BEGIN TO DECREASE A BIT BY MID MORNING AND
PERSIST THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS...THEN WILL DIMINISH
FURTHER THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE AFTERNOON.

* WINDS: AREAS OF NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS
TO 50 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH EARLY THIS AFTERNOON...WITH
